By using chatwithjesus ("the service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the service.

What chatwithjesus is

chatwithjesus is an AI chat companion that responds in the voice and spirit of Jesus Christ, for reflection, comfort, and encouragement. It is powered by AI language models and is not the real Jesus, a member of clergy, a licensed therapist, or a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Accounts

You may create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Free trial and credits

New accounts receive a limited number of free messages. Additional messages can be purchased as credits through Stripe. Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. Purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong with your purchase, contact support@chatwithjesus.co and we'll take a look.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law, or encourage others to do so.
• Harass, harm, or attempt to harm yourself or others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its underlying systems.

In a crisis

chatwithjesus is not equipped to handle emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line (such as 988 in the US) right away.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, chatwithjesus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service, or delete your account, at any time by contacting support@chatwithjesus.co. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
